20-Mins-Chocolate Bark

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes (plus 15 minutes cool time)

We bring you the recipe that you could customize based on your interests, easy-to-make chocolate bark. Only 20 minutes to have your chocolate, why don’t we give it a try?

INGREDIENTS

. 340 gr chopped chocolate (We like to have the Fruity taste of Vietnam Beans, so we use Chocolate 60 days)

. ¾ cup raw nuts or seeds (choose from almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, pistachios and/or pepitas)

. ¼ cup dried cranberries or other dried fruit (dried cherries, apricots and/or candied ginger—chopped if large)

. About ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt, optional

HOW TO MAKE:

. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Toast the nuts and seeds at 180℃ in around 6 – 9 minutes, until turning light gold on the edges.

. Melt the chocolate, using the microwave, with a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each one until every piece dissolves completely.

. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread chocolate over the center area of the baking sheet – aim for about ¼″ thickness.

. Sprinkle the nuts equally over the chocolate area, followed by the dried fruit (if you are interested to add). After that, lightly use your palms to press the toppings into the chocolate.

. Let the chocolate cool down at room temperature until completely hardened for 2 – 4 hours. Or you could place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

.  Once the chocolate is completely hardened, you can break it into about 25 pieces. Those can be stored at room temperature for a week.

Let’s enjoy it!
