Book review: I Quit Sugar The Ultimate Chocolate Cookbook

Book review: I Quit Sugar The Ultimate Chocolate Cookbook

It is hard to say NO to attractive desserts for those who have a sweet tooth. But if you are advised to decrease the amount of sugar intake, and you decide to take a step towards that advice, yet you find it is hard for you to manipulate your urge of having sweets. So, you can try to make yourself some sugar-free chocolate desserts and enjoy something without worrying about your calories.

I have a sweet tooth friend who can’t live without chocolate daily, but his health will be in trouble if he eats over the acceptable amount of sugar daily.  He found it hard to control his sweet attempts. “Chocolate makes me happy. I can’t describe the feeling in specific terms. But to me, it goes beyond pleasure”, he shared with me.

Then I shared with him Sarah’s book, “I Quit Sugar: The Ultimate Chocolate Cookbook”, which is a sugar-free cookbook for those still dreaming of a world filled with chocolate. In the book, Sarah shares full of handy hints, tips, and steps for everyone to make delicious treats ourselves with 74 sugar-free recipes. Those include tasty chocolate highlights of Mocha and Hazelnut Layer Cake, Dark Choc and Sea Salt Popcorn, and Choc-Chip Hot Cross Buns. And now, I would like to share with you all this book and hope you will find yourself more positive and energetic once you could make your own sugar-free chocolate during this hard time!
