1. Refunds
1.1 Refund Process: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please check the expired day before you open the product.
1.2 Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or spoiled 5 days after the delivery date
2 Exchanges
2.1 Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please initiate a return before you open the packaging. This only applied to non-consumable products only, within 1 week after the delivery day. All the shipping cost will be calculated and present to the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Claims: If you receive a damaged or spoiled item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1 Final Sale: The following items are non-returnable:
– Perishable goods such as chocolate bars, truffles, and other consumable items.
